Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. You may return any item shipped by eHealthsource.com for a full credit for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. The Item should be in new condition with original packaging.

Please report any damages, shortages or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery of your order by calling Customer Service at 1-800-262-1756 or by e-mailing us at info@eHealthsource.

How do I return merchandise to eHealthSource?

 
To return items that you don't want or items that you ordered incorrectly, simply reseal the original shipping box if possible. Email info@eHealthsource to request a Return Authorization Email. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. Once your return has been received, a credit will be issued within 14 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
 
Please note: If your return is not the result of our error, you are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will send you a return label to send the product back to us.
 
Opened items must be identified as such in the Return Authorization Email before being shipped back to eHealthsource.com. Opened items will be given a credit at the sole discretion of HSA FSA, Inc. or eHealthsource.com. All items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accpted.
There are NO RETURNS of clearance items, manufacturer discontinued items or items that no longer appear on our website.
 
You are responsible for all shipping charges in the event you refuse a package delivery or the address you provided is incorrect and the carrier returns the package to eHealthsource.com as undeliverable.
 
You will also be responsible for all shipping charges if the order qualifed for free shipping and you refuse the package or provided an incorrect address and the package was returned to eHealthsource.com as undeliverable. You will only be credited back the amount of the product cost less whatever shipping charges that were incurred by eHealthsource.com to ship you the order.
 
In the event that a package is returned because it was damaged by the carrier, you will not be responsible for the shipping charges if the package is returned to eHealthsource.com, nor will you be responsible for any shipping costs associated with re-shipping the order.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as possible after they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
  • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
